A 2022 as originally scheduled

The Dakar Youth Olympics were originally scheduled to start on October 22nd and end on November 9th, but were moved back to 2026 due to the Tokyo games being postponed 


Russia, not Montenegro, would be in Group A for September's EuroBasket tournament (which was moved back from last year due to the postponement of the Tokyo games)  


Oceania Men's World Cup Qualifiers
March 13th: Tonga (withdrew) v. Cook Islands with the winner advancing to the group stage
March 17th would've seen Tahiti v. Vanuatu in addition to qualifier match winner v. Solomon Islands
March 20th would've seen qualifier match winner v. Tahiti and Solomon Islands v. Vanuatu 
March 24th would've seen Vanuatu v. qualifier match winner in addition to Solomon Islands v. Tahiti 


UEFA Men's World Cup Qualifiers
March 24th: Russia would've played Poland in the Path B semifinals


The para ice hockey tournament at the Beijing Paralympics went on as scheduled from March 5th through the 13th, but with the removal of the Russian Paralympic Committee, RPC v. South Korea on March 5th, Canada v. RPC on March 6th and United States v. RPC on March 8th were removed from the schedule


Women's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup went on as scheduled from April 1st through the 12th, but Ukraine would've been in Pool B and Russia, not Austria, would've competed in Pool C

Three quick questions

Why are Russia only suspended from U21 Euros qualifying? To me, suspension from the tournament is too much of a short-term consequence- not only that, a suspension can be lifted at any time. And this is compounded by the fact that the U21 Euros next summer are the continental qualifier for Paris 2024 men's soccer.   So here's what I suggest FIFA does: remove Russia from the U21 Euros qualifiers. As a result, Russia can't qualify for Paris 2024 in men's soccer. I'm thinking that will be much more of a consequence than saying "you can't play in the tournament  now , but maybe in a couple of months".  Why is Russia in the EuroBasket field?  This years' EuroBasket tournament is scheduled for September and, surprisingly, Russia are not only in the field but are in Group A for the opening round.
